How this was built

Walls, rooms and windows follow the Block A typical floor plan (3/F to 39/F) in the HA sales brochure. Sizes come from its dimension strings; window sill and head heights are estimates.
36/F is at about +151.05 mPD (2/F at +57.55 and 2.75 m per floor). Eye level is 1.55 m above the floor.
Plans A, B and C add light 75 mm partitions. In plan B the master bedroom's new wall meets the east window part-way along its north half, so it has to land on a window frame post; where the real posts are may move it by a few hundred millimetres. Any partition needs HA approval under the flat's decoration guidelines before you build it.
A room with no window, like the helper's room in plan B, needs mechanical ventilation such as an extractor fan or air-con.
The acoustic fin sits in line with the north wall and sticks out 1.5 m past the east facade.
Outside, the terrain is SRTM-based elevation data at about 30 m resolution near the site and 100 m further out. Village houses, trees (unless ticked) and islands more than 7 km away are not modelled.
"Degrees of sea" counts the compass directions in which you can see sea through a window from where you stand, after walls, the fin, the neighbouring flats and the hills. Window figures are taken about 1.5 m back from the glass where the room allows. Bedroom and bathroom doors count as shut: inside one of those rooms only its own window counts, and from elsewhere you can't see through it.
